Dr. Sam Mazahreh, DNP, FNP-C, RN, DC, FIACN, DIBCN, DIBE, DABCE, CFT, MUA(C)

Dr. Sam Mazahreh is a graduate of New York Chiropractic College and has been in practice since 2000.He has also received his Doctorate in Nursing Practice and his Family Nurse Practitioner degree from Samford University. He also received his Bachelor in Science degree in Nursing from Dominican College. Dr. Mazahreh has many accolades including being a Chiropractic Neurologist and is a:

Dr. Amado Conanan, P.T., DPT

Dr. Amado Conanan P.T., DPT graduated in 1997 from Our Lady of Fatima University in the Philippines with a degree in Physical Therapy and received "Academic Excellence Award' upon graduation, and was the youngest professor at Our Lady of Fatima University. He received his DPT, Doctor of Physical Therapy degree, from the Dominican College of Blauvelt, Orangeburg, New York in 2012.

Dr. Marjorie Pana, P.T., DPT

In 2001, Marjorie received her Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from Southwestern University, Cebu, Philippines. In 2016, she earned her DPT from Dominican College of Blauvelt, Orangeburg, New York. Marjorie has over 14 years of experience working in Orthopedic outpatient practices. Marjorie strongly believes that one of the most satisfying aspects of being a Physical Therapist is seeing patients return to their previous level of function
